CMS Mediation & Conflict Management Service

Cecile is an experienced mediator in family, workplace, & organizational settings. She instructs Strategic Management & Organization 411 & 686, Alternate Dispute Resolution, in the Masters and Undergraduate programs for the School of Business at the University of Alberta, as well as several courses in the Conflict Management Certificate program with the Alberta Arbitration and Mediation Society. She facilitates Communication workshops for Alberta Justice and provides mediation and facilitation for Teambuilding & Respectful Workplace initiatives with organizations. Cecile offers Assertiveness and return to work coaching for individuals and groups experiencing stress in the workplace. Cecile draws on 19 years of valuable experience as the co-owner of a successful construction company.
